What are the check-in and check-out times?
We typically have check-in times starting at 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Please ensure you are present by the time we arrive to begin your stay.
Are there any house rules or restrictions?
Yes, we ask that guests respect the quiet hours of the neighborhood. Please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM. Additionally, we require all guests to provide a valid photo ID upon check-in.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Please note that we cannot refund deposits for non-refundable bookings.
Are pets allowed?
We welcome pets! However, please note that they must be well-behaved and kept on a leash indoors. A non-refundable pet deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking.
Is parking included?
Yes, private, secure parking is included with your reservation. We provide a designated spot for guests to park their vehicles safely.
